I never know what to cook and really don't have much experience in the kitchen. I stumbled across a website the other day that is GREAT.

Basically, if you have a bunch of stuff in your cupboard and you're wondering what you can put together, toss your ingredient list into their search engine and it will pull up recipes you can make with what you've got. I foresee a lot more home cooked meals in our future!

I like to cook and I like to experiment with my cooking, DH is very good about trying whatever I fix, and it usually turns out pretty good, but sometimes its just edible, and on occasion I have had to dump it all and fix a hamburger! LOL

Today I made Bourbon street chicken for the first time. I didnt know if he would like it or not, but he did!!
