What did you make from your garden today?

I started picking peas Sunday afternoon, but wound up pulling the plants, they were just about spent. It took two hours to shell them, and I now have 5 full cups of peas in the freezer.

I am drying a whole bunch of oregano that I cut. For the chickens' supplement later.

I cooked some of the wax beans I picked yesterday, delish with a little butter and salt.

Stir fried bok choy, used green onions on steamed fish.

Decided to make an Apple-Ground Cherry pie for 4th of July.

And this is where I went off the rails. I had bought a boxed streusel crumble topping to put on top. Added butter per the instructions and it turned into a thick paste instead of a crumble. So I tried to save it... Added some oatmeal and flour. This allowed me to break it into pieces so I could add it to the top. Definitely not what I wanted or intended but the best I could do in the moment. Next time I will just make homemade crumble...
