Ameraucanas(mine are blue and black but I love them in any color) for overall characteristics and right now I gotta say my andalusians are tied with them. I have a blue and a black hen that think they are cats or something. They come to us and rub our legs and like to be petted. The blue (violet) follows us and wants to be with us all the time.

both breeds but truthfully I love all chickens...wait maybe all birds...or all animals... hmm.
