The thick legs made me wonder, but wasn’t sure it wasn’t just the picture, because they didn’t appear as thick in all pics.It's okay....I just had a gut feeling he was a roo as a chick because he's always had such thick legs, even for a baby. I'm just devastated we can't keep him.

All chickens (except the Featherless, of course) have saddle feathers. The difference is that the males' are pointy and the females' are rounded.
