Everyone laying but no sitting

All my girls are laying but no one is sitting. I have one female that from time to time goes and steals a duck nest for the day but by nighttime she is off of them. But most of my flock was given to me except for four reds and a Rouen. I have eggs in the incubator but my hopes are not high on them succeeding. I guess I will find out this Saturday if this batch is successful.

It seems like the only people who get broodies are the ones who don't want them, LOL!

Have you tried keeping fake eggs or golf balls in a nest? I hear it can sometimes get them in the mood if there's always something to sit on.

I have left them all their eggs on one side. 5 hens layed so many eggs that they started laying in other boxes. Each nest had over 20 eggs. I guess none of my girls are ready to deal with babies..
