I found a bull frog when I was young in a hole it had burrowed into for the summer I was digging in the mud like a weirdo but I thought the hole was weird that I had spotted so I dug deeper then I saw a bright green face and an eye I was like

They weren't hurt, I was catching them for a frog race and I found out they will try to eat anything that moves.

I have tried to keep several they always starve themselves :/ I have tried feeding them all sorts of stuff toads on the other hand will eat like any bug.

We have desert toads that do that.
