Everything is on fire.

our state is on fire and im surrounded on almost every side. Its hit the town im currently in. I packed up my dogs and the baby chicks still in the brooder and set out for my mothers. I left behind my geese, ducks, chickens, turkeys, and guineas in hopes my sister will let them out if they need to evacuate over there. I made my mom pack up an emergency bag to be ready to leave. Everyone is being evacuated just a little higher on the hill. I don't know what to do. I don't have any way to transport all those animals or anywhere to take them if need be. I have a hundred birds.. theres goats and pigs and bunnies there too. What are the chances any will survive of they are let out to escape? So many are babies. There is a creek that runs through the property but idk what that will do when the whole area is heavily forested..

I'm so sorry you are going through this. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. If the whole area is not engulfed by fire, animals can be pretty smart and escape to safer ground. It would be better to set them free, only if necessary than to be trapped somewhere they will 100% for sure be overcome by fire. At least they would have a chance to escape that way.

This is what the sky looks like over here. I'm more north in oregon. We never get fires over here. Not bad ones. So many people missing or gone and so many animals too.. all over oregon. If any of you can help the is a face book page called the real cowboy 911 or cowboy 911- oregon.

My car this morning. I’m in Elkton. The ash is from the fires in Glide and just east of Springfield.

Stay safe!!! Lions head and beachie fires are no joke. Heard clackamas county is a level 3 go evacuation stage. All of clackamas county.

Is that where you're at? Alot of oregon is on fire. Ive heard from people that have been moved more then 3 times each time having to get help moving their animals plus the other people's. Its just so heart breaking.

Thats what it looks like up the mountain in dundee... its blocked off now. Everyone had to leave. I drive through Elkton all the time when going south to visit my family. Stay safe over there!
