The panther roared, then clawed at Matt's arm using it's good paw. It landed a well placed kick into Matt's gut, knocking the wind out of him.

Hope padded along, and saw Jay. Naturally, after hearing the roars and screams, she investigated. She saw Jay about to kill a very bloody human. She flattened her ears and roared, partially cause she wanted to kill the human, partially to annoy Jay (LOL!)

Hope charged, and tackled Jay, rolling her off of Matt. She growled, her claws ready to attack.

Matt inched away from the cats, and managed to limp off. (i needed him to live XD)
