Give them food with high protein-simulates what they would eat in the wild. I have a few in my barn; they don't need much maintenance. You can put roosting bars if you please. I can't think of anything else other than food. They're really like chickens except they're timider. Over time, they'll start to get used to you. Lastly, I'd clip their wings (just in case if they escape or somehow manage to get out, they can fly fairly well.
