Excessive time to lay egg?

I have a Brahma hen that has lately been sitting on the nest for up to 2 hours before she lays her egg. It seems a bit odd to me since I've never had a hen take that long. Yesterday she was on the nest from 2:00 to 4:00. She seems well every other way, but I'm wondering if anyone else has seen this and if it forebodes something else.

Is she a new layer...or....?
Is this a new behavior?

Some like to linger in the nest both before and/or after laying...
...I call them the 'Loungers'.

Yes some take longer than others and the time for each hen differs too. Sometimes my Salmon Faverolles sits on the nest, takes a while to lay an egg and then just continues to sit there as she has forgotten she needs to get up and move again, all the while the others are screaming for her to get her butt outta the best laying box. She doesn't seem phased. :D

Nope, not a new layer, and I haven't noticed this behavior previously. I'm wondering if this is the hen that has previously insisted on laying her egg on the ground outside or the floor of the hen house. Maybe she just figured out the nesting box.
