Excited duck behavior

I've recently noticed that my 12 week old Pekin will randomly let out a loud quack, then point his neck straight ahead and run forward. Does this mean that something has scared her or is she just very excited?

Hello,

If you don't have many predator problems,
or planes flying over,

you have an excited duck!
That isn't a bad thing! It actually sounds good!
