(1) Are you new to chickens / when did you first get chickens?
Brand new to raising chickens. Family members had some when I was young, but that's all the experience I have.
(2) How many chickens do you have right now?
None, yet. Hopefully by mid-end spring everything will be set up and ready to go.
(4) What are your favorite aspects of raising backyard chickens?
All of the fresh eggs and conversation starters.
(5) What are some of your other hobbies?
I love to crochet and cook
(6) Tell us about your family, your other pets, your occupation, or anything else you'd like to share.
My fiance and I have two doggos. An English Mastiff and a Texas Healer.
(7) Bonus: How did you find BYC, how long have you known about BYC, and what made you finally join our awesome community?
I found BYC through a Google search about a year ago when I first was interested in getting chickens, and now the time is finally near.
