Hi guys. Trying to keep a 3 month old quiet and following doctor's orders is next to impossible I've decided. I have to admit she is so danged cute peg legging around the house with her inflated E Collar on getting into mischief that it's hard being too strict with her. Her little room is the bathroom with a security gate across the door but put her there and she just starts howling and tears the gate down. Her pain meds last about 10 hours. During that time she is blissfully snoozing but those two hours between doses are a real hoot. She gives us a run for our money. And I don't think she has learned a thing from tripping DH because she tried to trip us both today. DH said he is going to figure out how to attach a tap to her splint so we can hear her sneaking up on us.

We are both in a better frame of mind today. Got a good night's sleep last night. Weather is chilly and damp. Didn't make it to freezing today but hey, not 5 degrees and it isn't snowing so nobody is complaining.

@BigBlueHen53. You have a walker and a bad eye. Pi has a splinted leg all we need is a drum a fife and somebody as flag bearer and we are set! Maybe Blue could play the drum and @CapricornFarm the fife. That would just leave the flag bearer. Any volunteers? Pi isn't much into carrying things and can't carry a tune with a basket.
