Expanding current coop

I have a pallet coop that I currently have two heritage turkeys in it. It also has an attached run. I want to expand it by about 3 feet wide. Have no experience in construction. Help pls.

Finally was able to upload picture. This is where I have my turkeys. Two heritage.
