Expectant Mom in Utah

Hey! I live in Spanish Fork. We have 12 children, 39 grandchildren, 3 coming from a son that just married a gal that had three..but they are part of us now! Going on 3rd great grandchild. I'm 65. Hubby is 71. We did the his mine and ours. He had 7, I had 4, we had one together. Whew, glad things have worked out with them all. They really do care about each other, help each other out. Pretty cool. So, there's some news for everyone here! Ha.... Anyway, glad you found us, BYC is great. I learned, and am still learning a lot from this Forum. The Utah thread used to be a hoot, and we used to sell and trade a lot, but it's died down for some reason. Life happens, other things come up.

Wow. What great info. Thanks so much.

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Good luck with your hatch! Of course the odds are against you hatching out all pullets. You need a plan for what to do with any cockerels you end up with.
It's never too late to enjoy something you've always had a passion for. Spend lots of time reading the articles here and you'll do fine.
It sounds like you have beautiful gardens. I do too but the chickens were really having at them so they are now confined to a 1/4 acre pen to keep the destruction in check.
Good luck with your new adventure!
