expected hatch date: June 25th. Anyone have a hatch date close to the 25th?

Sunday for me! This is my first hatch (not counting the five from the broody mom)

Fingers crossed!! Went to go turn the eggs last night and my incubator decided to go through a heat spike

. I caught it within 2 hrs but I'm not sure if they'll be okay. Good ol' browers tophatch

Sigh, I got them back to normal temp and put them in lock down. We will see how this goes, I have the whole batch sold too. HOPING FOR THE BEST !!!!

I set 18 eggs on the 3rd! 5 went into lockdown. The other 13 weren't fertilized. But the five are doing well! I can't wait until Sunday!!!

Glad the 5 are doing good!!! Yay for hatching chicks!! I hope I get some chickies

They should be okay. What was the temp?? People have temp spikes that have lasted for 12 hours and still have a great hatch. I bet yours will be fine.

Now My huimidity Is going crazy. For No Reason too. It was 70%the it dropped to 65 then to 55%. I don't know what to do. Tomorrow is HatchDay!!!

It was @ 110 when I checked we will find out on hatch day

uho! try sneaking in some more water? add another sponge? that or you could put a humidifier beside the incubator. I have my incubator in my bathroom so if the humidity drops I just run the shower for a bit.

Mine are supposed to hatch tomorrow or monday. Not sure when. I came home from a vacation to see my silkie sitting on 8 eggs. 2 days later she was taken by a fox and I went out and got an incubator and tried to save them. So I set them on the 6th or so. 6 out of the 8 are good and ready to hatch. 2 EE egg's werent fertile. But now I have 6 barred rock hen/ameraucana roo mix eggs hatching soon!

I am so excited! They are going to be some cute babies.

One of them has pipped!!!

It's just a little one but it's there. I am not sure what the humidity is because I have no way to track it, but right before I locked them down I filled all the trays at the bottom of the incubator do you think that will be enough?

I had a pip last night. Now there is a small hole. How long do you think it will be before it zips.

Little buggers can pop out in 10 minutes if they really want to but most take 8-12 hours in my experance and some take 24-36 hours or so . Drives me nuts .. cuase you know it when Im watching and worring they take a whole day or more but when I have to go some where or Im sleeping bam bam bam

The little guy I have zipping on my hatch cam now for instance has been pipped for about 12 hours maybe give or take Im sleep deprived so Im not postive and he has made pretty good progress in just the past 20 minutes or so
