Expecting 8!

So, when I candled my Rouen duck eggs I saw veins in 1/8 but they were only on the top half of the egg, the bottom half is clear??? Is this bad or good or????

Thats how my ancona were... I think I posted a video of a candle on the 101 art too.... Duck eggs are awesome to candle!! so cool!!

So I shouldn't worry because the bottom half is clear? It's the only 1 of 8 that had veins. THey're on day 6

AWESOME YAY!!! I got the Rouen eggs shipped because my fiance used to have one and he loved it and I couldn't find any locally. So, if I get one I'll be happy and it will be one really spoiled duck LOL!!!

That's great McPherson! I had Rouens before, but never incubated their eggs. They're great fun! This is going to be exciting following your duck egg development!

We added another Ancona to our two hatchlings, she is a month older but the three love each other!! AWESOME!!
