I have been scouring for anyone's experience using the White Meat Maker from Noll's in PA, I like what I hear about their meat birds, but want a clean carcass. Does their white meat maker perform same as their others in terms of hardiness (eg can take heat), foraging ability, etc? I dont mind waiting 12 weeks to get a 5#er, just dont want to fuss over them like CX.
