Ya, I just looked - they dont even list the Easter Eggers under Brown Egg layers...

Production Red, Barnevelder, Black Sex-Link, Buckeye, EE. Most of those (almost all) don't lay brown eggs. So it's probably a mix(?) It's got me stumped!

Production Red, BSL, Buckeye's and Barnevelder all lay varying shades of brown.

Do hatcheries sell mixed breeds? I'd rather believe it's a Partridge Rock not up to standards :/
