Extra candy?

I made some candied apples for my Halloween party tonight. I am out of apples and sticks to put them on, but I have quite a bit of the candy coating left! what can i do with it as not to waste it? Please help!
 
Over popcorn?

Is it the caramel kind, or the bright red kind that gets sorta hard?

Huh. If you have candy molds, you can just add flavoring to it (cinnamon oil, peppermint etc.) and pour it into molds, let cool, and it makes hard candy. Or let it cool until it starts to thicken and then pour dollops of flavored candy onto wax paper until it cools completely.

Used to use the same recipe to make "windows" for gingerbread houses by pouring layers of it onto wax paper. This is less convenient if you don't happen to have a gingerbread house planned though.
