Is there anyone close to me that doesn't have any eggs in there bator right now and wouldn't mind hatching some for me. I am in Waynesville Ohio. I purchased these and I hate the thought of just letting them sit there and go bad but I don't have the funds right now to go by a extra bator and I don't have any hens that will sit on them.
I no that asking someone if they have any room in there bator is funny because there probably isn't but I just gotta ask.
thanks so much.

wow you can hatch a lot of chicks!!!
This is my first time so i traded a lady for some homemade cold processed soap. they are button quail eggs and i don't even raise quail. I figured i could find a home for them after they hatch. I want to hatch some chicken eggs but thought I would try something cheap to start with. The eggs that i really want to hatch are very exspensize so i thought this would be good practise but i hate the thought of live embryos sitting there and dieing!!
What do ya think?
thanks so much.
forgot, i only have like 40.

I have 6 GQF sportsman incubators plus a few others. Peahens no longer laying. So have lots of room.

Button are small, first have they been turned daily? age of eggs ?

Could try hatching them, what kind of eggs you want to hatch thats cost alot. I have Lyon incubators for hatching parrot eggs.

If you get them shipped hatch rate will be low.

yes i got them shipped from new york. i don't no anything about it other than what i have read. i am wanting to get some BLRW from a ladyon here and they are high price but i no that she has spent a lot of time with breeding and colors ect. so i guess it is worth it but not if they won't hatch because they would have to be mailed.
Also when i open the little bator that i have to check the temp is there supposed o be a bad smell?

i forgot, she collected them on wed i think and i got them on sat. i haven't turned them because i thought they should be left alone untill they go in the bator.

Well with shipped eggs, you will do good to get 50% hatch. Eggs age and not turning wil hurt hatch rate also. I drive thru there to go to work.(Monroe Ohio) Can try to hatch them for you.

What type incubator do you have, and the bad smell is not good. Have a few chicken and peafowl eggs in there, so incubator will be running for a few weeks.

it is a friend of mines incubator and i think it is a little giant or something like that. she said it came from tactor supply.
my son wanted to see what one of the eggs looks like and we
cracked one open and it smelled so bad i had to take it right outside. now i have the smell in the incubator too. this does not sound good does it?!?!?!
