Extra friendly bigger chick, what breed & please tell me not a rooster

Ok so for Mother’s Day my husband surprised me with 12 chicks from the farm supply store. I’ve already figured out they aren’t all the breeds they claimed and they claimed they were all hens, which I am not sure. The main one that I’m unsure about is the biggest and friendliest/cockiest. I’ll attach pictures below, I think these chicks are about a month old but I’m a first time chicken owner.

That's a cockerel. The comb says all.

Looks like a mixed breed cockerel to me. What type of feed store? Like a local town one, or a tractor supply?

I've never heard of it, but since it seems like its a chain, they may source their chicks from a hatchery, I'm not certain.
So, where I'm going with that is that I think he looks like a mix, but don't know what hatchery mix he could be.
