Extra friendly bigger chick, what breed & please tell me not a rooster

Ok so for Mother’s Day my husband surprised me with 12 chicks from the farm supply store. I’ve already figured out they aren’t all the breeds they claimed and they claimed they were all hens, which I am not sure. The main one that I’m unsure about is the biggest and friendliest/cockiest. I’ll attach pictures below, I think these chicks are about a month old but I’m a first time chicken owner.

That's a cockerel. The comb says all.
 
Ok, we have a production red chick that’s a little younger so I’ll see what that one looks like too
