That just doesn’t look like Rooster Riding damage to me. It’s usually at the back of the neck by the comb from him grabbing with his beak and then down both sides from his spurs or claws trying to hold on.

I'll think about blu kote, it seems like an easy option. She does have some feather damage around the back of her neck but it's only visible when you lift the feathers up
