The suspicious thing is that I bought three cochins from a breeder in town... All three have died in a similar way. I had a necropsy done on the first bird and they said that her body was not absorbing calcium. The necropsy report said her "bones are soft like cardboard". The common symptoms: Rapid weight loss, lethargic, wobble like walk, and all three had a hard time standing up.
I told the vet this yesterday and he said it could very likely be kidney failure.

I love all my animals very much and even though DH and I are on a budget so tight that we won't eat out, we still took her to the vet and spent $100. However, if any more birds from this breeder come up with these symptoms, I'm going to assume it's the kidney failure.
Thank you, everybody, for your support. It really means a lot. DH and I are both so sad and were crying this morning.
