Well, they had better not get used to it. Once I get some roosters, they're going into 2/SF rather than 1.

Congratulations on the girls.

2 birds/sqft is pretty dense. The usual recommendation is 1 sqft/bird with some people recommending 2 sqft/bird or even more.
I know some hardcore production facilities keep them on less space, but I really wouldn't recommend it. It's not a real life for the birds.

In your picture, I don't see anywhere for them to get off the wire? I'd suggest you give them a dust bath at least, then they can stand in there to rest their feet.
