Extremely slow feathering Rhode Island red pullet

Im seriously starting to think she is a super slow developing Cockerel. Her hackle feathers look very pointy and her tail is super shiny, 2 feathers longer than others and pointy ish. What do you think? I would say definite Cockerel if it wasn't for the pale tiny comb and no crowing.

What about her saddle feathers?

They are not pointed. (Yet?) Today I found out she along with 4 of her flock mates were eating eggs and when I caught her to put her in a cage she looks like she squatted. Froze and spread her wings. But her comb is still super pale and her pelvic bones are still super close. I don't know if it is a he who was just shocked or a she who somehow started squatting at 15 weeks.
