Oh my goodness, I love Wood Ducks. We have a female WD that has nested in our tree hollow in my front yard for the last two seasons. Last year we didn't see the ducklings jumping out & weren't sure if she was successful. However, she returned this spring. So, we knew she was successful b/c she came back. My husband saw two of the ducklings jumping out of the hollow, Memorial w/e. So, we are pretty excited for her & her babies.
