Eye - Found this white spot

Looking for advice on what this could be and how critical? White spot in the corner of my chickens eye. Peanut is about 6 months old and healthy, showing no signs at all of anything. What in the world could this be?! It almost looks like an oat.

I'd treat as conjunctivitis. Clean/flush the eye with saline, then apply Terramycin eye ointment in the eye.

The white spot almost looks like pus, can it be pressed out?

I agree with what Wyorp Rock has said about possible conjunctivitis. Saline flushing the eye, removing the white material, and then applying Terramycin eye ointment twice a day may help.

I agree with @Wyorp Rock and @Eggcessive. Could have just gotten something in the eye that caused it, some dirt or debris. You can get terramycin at many tractor supply stores or feed stores. You may have to ask, they tend to lock it up now due to theft, it's a small box.
