Eye; white spot and pain

noticed hen holding her eye closed. The rims look swollen and there is a white spot towards front corner. Injury? Illness? (She’s been vaccinated for mareks)

She may have cut or scratched it, hard to know. I'd treat as an injury.

Rinse the eye with saline to help remove any debris or pus then put an ointment like Terramycin eye ointment In the eye a couple times a day.
