I would either spurs some saline or eye wash, or apply a warm wet compress to the eye to clean it off. Then have a look inside for anything unusual. Does she have any mucus from her nostrils or is she swelling mucus or shaking her head to clear her eye? If you have some Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin triple antibiotic ointment you can use that 2-3 times a day into the eye. A foamy eye can be a symptom of a respiratory disease MG. Have you added any new birds recently, or had any with respiratory infections in the past? Tylosin powder in the water or Denagard can treat symptoms of MG. You can get Tylosin online from Jedds.com by next week. Dosage of Tylosin is 1 tsp per gallon of water for 5 days.

I see that you have lost a couple of chickens in the last month or two. Did any of them have the foamy eye? MG can cause them to be a bit sleepy or lethargic as well. Encourage her to drink fluids and offer food since she cannot see very well right now. What is your location?

She is separated with Access to food and water

Yes that is a good eye wash for humans and can be used on animals as well. I would also use some antibiotic ointment after flushing with the eye wash.
