Eye infection

hey all,
I currently have two roo's with eye infections... I have dreated them with saline for two days now (dissolve in water and use non-pointed syringe to flush out the eye) and he seems to be getting better... anyone else have any cures for this sort of thing?

Terramycin has worked well for me, but it's a bit hard to apply. It's thick goop (technical term) and kind of hard to get into a small eyeball.
