Eye injury or infection?

Today it has been raining a lot and the chickens have been scratching around in the chicken run area if the coop. I noticed that one of my hens had bubbles coming from her eye with no other symptoms. I am leaning towards it is just an eye irritation/injury rather than an infection but I wanted to ask to get insight from any one who has more experience.
TIA

The scabs on the eyelid suggests injury. Nothing major. Just needs a flush, & some Triple Antibiotic Ointment(None Pain Relieving) applied.

Thank you so much 😊 that makes me feel really relieved! I flushed her eye today with water what would you suggest flushing it with? And I apologize what do you mean by none pain relieving?
Thank you

Triple Antibiotic ointment without the pain relief ingredient.

Water is fine, though mild salt water, or saline solution would be best.

So I started applying the triple antibiotic ointment yesterday and flushing her eye the best I can. I also bought terramycin and applied that in the eye today after flushing her eye just in case it is an infection and then I applied the triple antibiotic ointment around her eye because I can tell it is not in good shape. Am I doing the right thing?

You're doing good. If it's only the eyelids that are injured, the terramycin won't be needed.

Ok so here is a picture of her eye just a minute ago. I believe I see a laceratation under the eye so I put neosporin in that area
