About a week ago I know it's my chickens I was raised and inflamed looking. I did a little research and decided to get some antibiotic appointment called terramycin and a pilot for several days and I haven't really noticed any

change. The chicken acts normal otherwise.

I was wondering if anybody had any idea what's wrong with its eye.

Is there any drainage or snot from her nostrils especially the right one? Many times conjunctivitis (pink eye) is caused by mycoplasma or MG, although there can be other bacteria or causes. I would wash the eye out with some saline and continue to put the ointment into the eye twice a day.

Get some Tylan 50 injectable from your feed store (it is in the cattle medicines, and get a few syringes with needles.)
You will want to give it orally into his beak with the needle removed. Dosage is 1/4 ml 3 times a day for 5 days. If you have a vet who could prescribe Baytril or doxycline, that would be best.

On rare occasions, something like this could turn out to be a tumor, but MG and respiratory infections can be common.
