Eye injury?

I just received some chicks from Murray McMurray, and one of my chicks seems to have an eye injury. She also seems more stressed than the others. Everyone else ate pretty quickly. It's only been about half an hour, but she seems a little more stumbley than the others.
Thanks for your help!

Edit:. I just noticed her head may be injured. Pic included. I hope I'm overreacting

Hello! Poor baby! Clean the wound on it's head with saline and then put a little bit of antibiotic cream like Neosporin on it. You can do the same for the eye.

Also, to boost the babies nutrition, give it raw yolk and add nutri drench to their water , 5 days on and then take a break as it can cause diarrhea.
