Hi Ya'll,
One of my Rhode Island reds wasn't feeling well last week- brought her in, gave her coconut water and ivermectin. She perked up progressively but one of her left eye wasn't opening all the way, and when she was active enough to put back with the flock it was sealed closed- no discharge, no sneezing or head shaking. I gently opened her eye and stuck her back in her indoor box and a couple hours later checked on her and the eye was opened like normal. I put her out with the flock (Tuesday)- sadly they have been picking on her so I don't think she's getting enough to eat or drink. Yesterday I checked on her and the crusty bit that was on her lower eyelid had come off like a scab and was still slightly attached- I trimmed it back, gave her another dose of ivermectin to be safe and put her out with the flock. Checked on her today, she seems fine overall and the scabby skin was completely gone but the other birds are picking on her. I'm wondering if its because of the skin around her eyes? They're white instead of red, and a little swollen and her wattle isn't as bright as it should be. I've tried googling it to see what I could come up with but it wasn't very helpful. I have attached pics of each eye- any insight :D would be helpful.

I would check the coop and nest boxes for blood sucking poultry mites. Being an "outcast" she might be roosting in a more infested space.

How old is she and when did she last lay an egg?

It does look puffy around the eyes, I think you have to consider a respiratory disease as well. She may be getting picked on because the others recognize she isn't well. Have you seen any discharge from eyes, nares, beak? Any coughing, sneezing, wheezing?
