Eye issue is back again

So I noticed the other day my chicks eye was completely swollen shut. I wasn't sure if it was pecked out or an injury or what. So I cleaned it out with sterile saline contact solution and applied neosporin with a qtip. The next day is was fine! Two days pass and this morning its the same way. I'm guessing infection vs injury. Do I need to get some chick antibiotics from the feed store? If so what exactly do I need.
