eye issue

we have a little Buff Orphington her eye got pecked over a month ago and its still swollen we did try eye drops ( non red eye artifical tears)
but stopped when it seemed to do nothing
we are ready to take her top a vet and see wanted to post here and see if anyone could help first two picks of swollen eye and one of the good eye it seems her good eye might be affected if we dont address the bad one
any sudgestions or is a vet the best course of action
