Eye issue?

I have a girl it looks like her eye is a little swollen and tears come out sometimes like she is crying, she is acting normal and eating, no breathing issues or odd nasally breathing
Should I just flush it with water or??

I'd make a saline wash with some salty water mix well then wash out her eye. does she have a bucket or bowl deep enough to wash her whole head in/ they can get feed dust and other things caught in their eyes and they need to be able to wash their eyes out.

Add some ACV to the dunking water1 tab to 1 gal of water if none of this helps then there is Terramycin eye ointment or Veterycin spray for wounds and infections[TSC] both can be used safely.

I will and she has two water dishes, I don't think her eyes can get in, I'll be upgrading her dish today then,

Buckets work great, I bought mine at bakery at the grocery store they have 1-2-3 gal. 1.00 each

Use the saline for a couple days and keep adding ACV to the bucket for a couple more or until you see her eye back to normal then use ACV 1-2 X a week it's great for a tonic and also can kill certain bacteria.
