Eye problem in chick again

One of my silkie’s eyes is closed again and idk why. It’s always looked patchy but lately, she hasn’t been able to open her eyes. Yesterday I removed smth that was covering her eye that prevented her from seeing but I think it happened to her again. The photo shows what I am dealing with
