Eye problem on new hen.

Hi, I bought two pairs of Cochin bantams on Sunday. It was dark on arrival and visually they looked fine. However yesterday I noticed one of the hens eye is swollen and looks watery at times. I've searched previous threads but haven't seen a definite answer. What could this be? If I need antibiotics I'll get them. I just don't want it to spread to the others if it hasn't already. They are in quarantine. Yes, in the photo behind the hen is blood. I was told the roosters grew up together and they were fine together. However that was not the case when we got home. I had to separate them.

Are there any bubbles or foam in the eye, or dried drainage from the nostril? If so, with the swollen face, that can be a sign of a respiratory disease such as MG. It is possible that the chicken was pecked in the face if there are no eye bubbles or nasal drainage. Roosters may fight or challenge each other once they are mature, even if they have been raised together. Especially if they are with pullets or hens. If you determine this is a respiratory disease I would return them so they don’t spread a chronic disease to your others.

There isn't any bubbles or foam and nostrils look clear.
