Eye problem

Can anyone tell me what is wrong with her eyes? Is there anything I can do to help her?

I see some dried blood around her eye, so she may have gotten pecked directly in the eye, and it's now infected. Or it could be something more serious like Coryza or MG. I’d probably flush the eye with either saline or eyewash, wipe off any gunk/discharge with a warm damp towel, and apply an ophthalmic ointment to the eye (Terramycin is a great brand)repeat as needed.

Does this hen get pecked a lot? Is she showing any other respiratory-related signs such as sneezing, tail bobbing, coughing, rattle breathing?

Bubbles in the eye usually indicate a respiratory disease from what I've seen. Which one, I have no ideal. @Eggcessive

Is there any bad odor around her face? I would get some saline eye wash or plain homemade saline or water and clean the eyes with a cloth. Then take some new pictures. I would clean the eyes twice a day and apply either a small dab of Terramycin eye ointment or plain Neosporin ointment into the eyes.
