Lump on lower beak/jaw

This 4 month old pullet has a lump. I started using VetRX on her today because of the eye showing some problems. One of her hatch mates had a "wattery bubbly" eye and I treated it with VetRX for 5 days and her eye looks good now. I don't have any idea what to do about the lump. Anyone have any ideas?

Hopefully some others will hop on to get more answers to what could be wrong. To me, it looks like fowl pox. Don't pick at it. Give her some vitamin E in a little yogurt.

Fowl pox will go away within 2-3 weeks, sometimes faster.
