Eye problem

Whats wrong with its eye? Both eyes are like this but this eye looks the worst. Is it contagious to the other chicks?

I have lots of questions but the helpful thing I have done for a chicken with a goobery eye was to rinse it gently with saline and apply terramycin ointment. Mine didn't look that bad. I think my chick was injured during her hatch because she had a little wound on the wing on that side too but after a few days of rinsing and using terramycin her eye was fine. I'm not sure what's wrong with your chick isn't a disease so hopefully someone with more experience will chime in
