It could be MG, but testing is the only way to confirm it. Is there a bad odor from the face or not? Is there any sneezing, coughing, head shaking, or acting lethargic? I would flush the eye with saline or eye wash, and apply Terramycin ointment (from the feed store,) or plain Triple Antibiotic Ointment twice a day. Tylan 50 injectable can be given orally, or Tylosin powder in the water can help symptoms of MG.

I observed him for a couple minutes, he doesn’t have any other symptoms other than swollen eyes but I did gave him an antibiotic pill (amoxicillin tylosin) and checking him this morning, his swollen eye went down and he’s opening it half way now. I guess the antibiotics is helping him
