Eye punctured?

Saturday evening, I saw that one of my hen had a closed eye and inside. Started her on triple antibiotics. The next morning the eye was all white and bulging out...Bought some eye wash ( sterile water) and terramycin...What do you think? I wonder if she didn't puncture her eye...In this case what am I supposed to do?

It's hard to see in the video

Did you flush the eye to see if there is anything in it?
Have you applied ointment?
Is the white pus or her eyeball?

Yes I'm flushing it with some sterile water twice a day and put in some terramycin 4 times a day...The white is her her eye ball not pus...may be a 3d eye lid???...I know nothing regarding chicken's eyes!...I can't see inside really

To be honest I just don't know.
Can you take her to a vet to have them look at it?
Is there any drainage from the eye?

no drainage...We had a good avian vet an hour away before, but she left....I saw some improvement today..I could see some black...I'm going to continue the treatment and give it some time!..Thank you

If you are seeing some improvement, then hopefully with your TLC she will get back to her old self.
