I have put medicine on but Im a little scared, please someone help. (the one in the pic is Alexandra)

Do you think that they pecked each other in the eyes or that the eye swelling is a respiratory disease such as MG or coryza? Are there any symptoms such as watery eyes, nasal drainage, gurgles or rattles in the chest, sneezing? Have they been in another flock recently, or have you brought in a new chicken? If it is a respiratory disease, antibiotics such as Tylan and oxytetracycline may help symptoms, but would not cure the disease, since respiratory diseases will make carriers of the whole flock. If this is from pecking, there may be a bully that needs to be separated right away. Here is a link about diseases and symptoms: http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044

I think they may have pecked each other in the eye. I have been sick for two weeks so who knows when they started. My mom has been taking care of them. They don't have that respiratory disease, cause they don't have any symptoms.

Ethel is the one that I'm trading for another chicken so I don't want to trade with two eyes like that.

Just keep an eye on them--they can still develop symptoms, and I definitely would not bring in or let out any chickens right now with the swollen eyes until I knew for sure this wasn't a disease. Hopefully your mother can get them outside to roam so they won't peck each other. Plenty of room and 20% protein would help some.

We can only keep them in the run because a lot of stuff can get in our yard. Plus we have some little weiner dogs that love to chase and kill the chickens. Plus we just got some protein for then: meal worms.

So what do I do if they have this disease I can pm you a picture of both of thier eyes if you want. The one with the head injury if thats what you want to call it is staying in one spot of her cage and kinda eating. She is drinking water though

You can post any pictures right here. I wouldn't recommend antibiotics like Tylan or oxytetracycline unless you are sure that the swollen eyes are from a respiratory disease. That is up to you. You can apply some antibiotic ointment like Terramycin or Neosporin to their eyes which may help. Here is a link with oxytetracycline for the water or injectable for shots:
