Just a Note, an eye injury can have a smell if it goes untreated for awhile(Due to Infection), my boy was late for getting an eye injury treated. He got it from fighting with the Easter Egger rooster.
Both eye, & eyelid was injured. There was blood, & discharge for awhile. The eyeball it's self was green with infection. I thought he was gonna lose the eye completely.
He's still getting Terramycin eye ointment in his eye though. The eyeball no longer looks like a normal eyeball, & is blind. He has his eye open now, but the bottom eyelid rim/edge is still abit swollen, but at least he's not in pain anymore. Just abit handicapped.
