Eye Trouble Gray Eye

I have a hen, Sapphire Gem, that is a year and a half old. My granddaughter calls her "pretty eyes" well about 2 weeks ago 1 of her eyes has turned a foggy looking gray color and she acts as if she's having trouble seeing out of it, she closes it a lot. tilts her head to the side and seems off balance, still eating and drinking as normal.

I guess my question is should I continue treating with Terramycin and just leave her be and let her adjust to this?

Please post a picture of both eyes, close up in good light if you can, but especially the grey eye. Also, how old is this bird and please list any other symptoms. Are any other birds showing symptoms? Could this bird have been pecked or injured in any way? Is she eating, drinking, dust bathing, pooping, scratching as normal? Laying eggs as normal? How does the color of her comb and wattles look? Also please show a pic of this hen standing normally. Thank you.
