Eye worm treatment

hi, my one pound baby chicken has eye worm and i know to treat it with Valbazen. but I was wondering what the doseage was and how long or when I am to give it to her. Please Help!

It's by weight. You use 0.5ml for a large fowl and 0.25 ml for a bantam adult, so probably 0.1 ml for a one pound bird.
