Cant tell from the photo, even when enlarged. Open her eye, you should be able to see the worm near her tearduct. It'll be thin, white in color. Here's a pic: One is near the tearduct and another above the persons thumbnail, kinda hard to see. If you see one, mix equal parts of valbazen and water, then flush the eye. Then dose your bird orally, 1/2cc valbazen undiluted. Repeat eyeflush and oral dosing in 10 days.

You might be dealing with a respiratory disease. Smell her head/nostril area, if you smell a foul odor it's most likely coryza. If there's no bad odor, it could be mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG.) Here's a link, symptoms vary with either.
